This class benefits dancers of all levels by improving their posture, balance, and overall performance. It is particularly effective for refining movements and achieving greater elegance on stage.
Victoria's Ballet Mat/Fit class offers a high-level, challenging experience that is based on exercise anatomy. It is designed to continually push students to develop their physical abilities.
